The Law Offices of Suraj A. Vyas, LLC does not sell, rent, or lease client information or mailing lists. Our goal is to make sure your issue is resolved so sometimes we want to forward your information to another firm or attorney who might be better suited to handle your issue. Unlike many other firms, we will only do that after obtaining your consent.

Being realistic, you should know that any information shared with us is done so at your own risk. Like any other site, hacks can happen. We have security measures in place thanks to some IT giants so any kind of security breach is unlikely to happen, but what kind of attorneys would we be if we did not make this disclaimer?

Anyways, the usual stuff applies to our site. We can monitor what pages you’re clicking on, where you’re located, and how you got to the site. This isn’t for creepy stuff. It just helps us find out what attracts people so that we can tune our site and content to make sure we’re engaging our clientele in the best possible manner. Make sure you’re reading the forms on our contact page thoroughly before submitting so you know exactly what type of information you (don’t) want to provide.
