Suraj Vyas provided dozens of hours of Pro Bono legal contract review and negotiation counseling regarding the Oscar Purnell Mansion in Snowhill, MD and the opening of a psychiatric clinic to serve Eastern Maryland. Suraj has also helped Daya with contract review regarding the ownership and profit-sharing of an innovative psychiatric app.

Mr. Vyas has also negotiated the contracts for the development of the “Positivity Promoter” application.
